Due to poverty, the resident of camps cannot afford to get treatment for common ailments due to their penurious circumstances. OBAT provides financial support to have healthcare services.

The Ramadan Food Distribution and Qurbani Meat Distribution programs of OBAT have assisted thousands of families who do not have any earning source
Pure Water
In order to alleviate the lack of potable water, OBAT has erected tube wells and hand pumps in various camps to offer the camp communities with improved, safe, and clean water.
Scholarship
OBAT recognizes that education is the key to defeating their destitution and is currently providing scholarships to over 1,000 students, studying in anywhere from grade six to post-graduate level.

OBAT School
OBAT is running four schools in Dhaka with more than 3000 students studding in them. The schools includes OBAT NLJ Junior school which is located in Geneva camp Mahammadpur where students can study till grade eight. OBAT English School is also located in Mohammadpur facilitating till grade five.
OBAT BLS and MIrpur Shaheen Schools are two other schools which are funded by OBAT. The schools are functional till grade eight and grade 10 respectively.
